Recent Asbestos Litigation News




A New Jersey State Judge rules against Congoleum Corporation's $500 million settlement with its asbestos claimants.


This article from Law.com has the details. The article states that the settlement was: "a bad-faith deal engineered by lawyers acting collusively."
